Remembering Happiness

Remembering Happiness

At The Happiness Institute we sincerely believe that achieving happiness requires nothing more than practicing a few simple disciplines every day.

But most people don’t associate happiness with discipline. And as a result, they frequently don’t experience all the possible benefits because they don’t do what they need to do often enough.

In the same way you need to shower every day to stay clean, and you need to exercise every day (or most days) to be fit, so too do you need to engage in happiness inducing activities on a regular basis to really experience lasting happiness.

The key then, for many people, is remembering. You might use our free eNewsletter to remind you, or something like the free weekly tips from http://www.makingchanges.com.au, or you might have your own strategies.
