Happiness is noting that good things do happen

With all the misery and stress in the world it’s great to remind ourselves that good things still happen. There’s no doubt there are bad people in the world doing bad things; and there’s no doubt that life can, at times, seem unfair. But each and every day, we can benefit from the principles of positive psychology by reminding ourselves that good people do good things; and that the world is wonderful in so many ways.
