    Trying to hold on to your happiness during hard times can be a chore. In the past few years I have struggled with this, especially during times of Holiday when you feel that your happiness should be available. This year I am trying a different approach. Randy Wysong writes in Living Life as if Thinking Matters about simple, yet realistic ways to increase my own wellness and happiness. And so far, I love it.
