Holidays are great for reading and thinking (two of my favourite activities by the way) and I recently read something that really got me thinking!
In short, the writer referred to the fact that those who’re hungry actively seek food; those who’re spiritual actively seek spiritual activities and people.
Do you have an appetite for happiness?
Because if you do, and if you remind yourself on a daily basis of the reasons why you seek happiness, then you will automatically be driven towards happiness inducing activities all the time.
