22 Jan Happiness in 10 minutes a day!
I used to be somewhat skeptical about those who claimed you could change your life in just a few minutes each day but the more I’ve practised and taught the happiness strategies we promote at The Happiness Institute the more I believe that once you’ve learned the basic components of our happiness approach (something that might take a little more than 10 minutes a day in the early stages) then it doesn’t take much to maintain the gains and to ensure that you apply the principles of happiness regularly.
Try it and see! Do what you can to learn the happiness strategies we promote (by reading some of our happiness resources, signing up for our Online Course, or attending one of our coaching programs) and then spend just 10 minutes each day reinforcing and maintaining the happiness principles. You’ll never regret it. They’ll be the best, happiness inducing minutes you’ll ever spend.
