28 Jan Stress less for happiness
As has been touched on in other blog postings we, at The Happiness Institute believe that happiness will come to those who focus on positives and practice the positive psychology principles of happiness proven to work.
At the same time, however, there’s no doubt that unhappiness can be caused by stress and other negative influences so it’s not unreasonable to proffer that happiness will also come from managing stress effectively.
Increasingly, this is being seen as an important issue not just for individuals but also, for organisations and businesses. We’ve been running our “Happiness @ Work” programs for a while now and so I was pleased to see this ‘stress down” initiative from the UK.
