13 Mar Happiness is good sleep
I don’t know about you but I feel noticeable different, and usually experience much more happiness, when I sleep well. As a result, for me sleep is a priority.
I highly recommend that you too consider making sleep, and other aspects of your health (such as eating well, keeping active and getting some rest) a priority if you want to experience happiness. It might take time and it might mean sacrificing other things at times but…and this is the key, it’s well worth it.
So next time you put off something healthy for something else, ask yourself what would do most for your happiness!
