Eating your way to happiness

If we are what we eat, as has been suggested by some, then our happiness may also be affected by the foods we consume.

I’m not an expert in the area of nutrition so I’m not 100% sure about the validity and reliability of these claims but I can easily imagine that there may well be foodstuffs that are more likely to enhance happiness than others.
