23 May Happiness and “The Secret”
Many of you, being interested in happiness and success, have probably heard about a DVD and book called “The Secret”.
I don’t really want to get into a debate about it’s merits, or lack thereof, but I encourage you to consider with some degree of skepticism some of the claims it makes.
I also think that if you’re primary goal is happiness then there are far more valid and credible books and DVDs that will help you experience more positive emotions, such as happiness, and realistically have a better life.
