Data from change management studies shows that 40 pecent of the success in transforming a human system is based on the beliefs of the people in that system. Another 30 percent of what’s necessary to create change is the quality of the relationships between the people involved in the process.
Optimism and leadership each contribute 15 percent as well.
There’s no doubt that positive psychology coaching can significantly enhance happiness at work which in turn, can reduce absenteeism and sick leave, as well as improve retention and productivity.
