14 Dec For happiness, choose not to choose!
Here at The Happiness Institute we base almost everything we do on the belief that you can choose happiness (by choosing your thoughts, actions, re-actions etc).
At the same time, however, there’s no doubt that the number of choices available to us in this modern age can, at times, be overwhelming and that this sense of being overwhelmed can be frustrating and depressing.
So maybe, in some circumstances, happiness might require limiting our choices!
