Sleep your way to health and happiness

In my daily work I’m constantly talking about happiness and positive psychology and within this, I frequently note that in order to fully experience the benefits of positive psychology principles such as happiness one needs to attend to one’s health.

When thinking of health, most people only think about diet/nutrition and exercise; now these are very important but in my opinion, too many people forget about sleep and rest…and we ignore sleep and rest at our peril.
