Being able to independently maintain your own sense of well-being allows you to find happiness within – whatever is going on outside of yourself. Studies show that happy people are able to produce a minimum of three times more positive than negative emotions within themselves. Paradoxically, people who generate a high level of inner satisfaction have the best relationships because they always exude an aura of happiness.
