09 Feb Love and leadership – at home and at work
The positive psychology and happiness research has frequently touched upon love as a valuable positive emotion but rarely has it been referred to when positive psychology is applied to work places (despite the fact we know happiness at work is fundamentally important).
As a result, this article is, for me, both exciting and important as it extends what many of us know about happiness and love into the more “hard nosed” realm of positive psychology applications within business.
