Quick happiness tip

Today’s tip is short and sweet; but hopefully, also influential and positive.

Today’s tip is simply this…review the following strategies and spend at least 5-10 minutes each day, for the next week, practising one or more of them!

  • make an effort to smile
  • thank someone
  • write down 3 good things
  • set yourself a small goal and do something towards achieving it
  • practice an act of kindness
  • go for a walk or run
  • actively relax or meditate
  • focus on all the best things in your life
  • do something that will make you laugh
