Today’s tip is short and sweet; but hopefully, also influential and positive.
Today’s tip is simply this…review the following strategies and spend at least 5-10 minutes each day, for the next week, practising one or more of them!
- make an effort to smile
- thank someone
- write down 3 good things
- set yourself a small goal and do something towards achieving it
- practice an act of kindness
- go for a walk or run
- actively relax or meditate
- focus on all the best things in your life
- do something that will make you laugh
