This week’s Monday Morning Tip includes a practical positive psychology exercise from Dr. Happy (https://www.drhappy.com.au) so we’ll keep it short and sweet BUT we very much encourage you (as we’ve done before) to not JUST read this but also, to actually do it…

Step One – set aside 10-15 minutes to reflect upon a few significant events in your life.

Step Two – write down the best 3 experiences in your life…and why they were so good

Step Three – write down the worst 3 experieces in your life…and what you learned from them

Step Four – reflect on these 6 events and consider how you can use them in your life now to enjoy more happiness and success!
