With the start of a fresh new year, many people set health and fitness goals to lose weight, quit smoking or take up a new sport.
You may decide to run a marathon, learn to ride a horse, start that vegie patch with the kids or read a new book once a month.
It is easy to set goals but once you go back to the daily grind, how do you make them stick?
Happiness Institute chief happiness officer Dr Tim Sharp said: “I have a love-hate relationship with new year resolutions.
“On the one hand we should be setting goals and looking to improve and get better every day, every week and every year.
