And I emphasise, again, completing the suggestions with conviction AND following through. Because you'll need to do most of them all again the next day, and the day after etc

1.) Life Inventory:
Sometimes it is necessary to sort through the main issues in our lives and work out what is really bothering us. Chances are, it’s not the events themselves but the thoughts and feelings behind them that are causing the emotional disturbance. While you can spend your time digging through and releasing the pains of the past and worries of the future, this article is all about instant shifts. To instantly take control of your life- ask yourself: what is working and what is not working? Make a list.

2.) First Steps:
Look at your “not working list”- what is one small change you can make to turn something that is not working, into something that could work? Keep it small, it could be as simple as- I am not going to stress about this just for today, or I am going to write an email to my boss but not send it. If you can’t think of anything, then perhaps there is no point even worrying about it….Every journey is started with a single step forward, as long as you keep moving, you will eventually begin to change your life.
