It really is quite simple…people who meditate regularly are healthier and happier!
I'm sure you've all heard this before; and I'm sure you've all heard of the many, many benefits that come to those who meditate regularly.
Health, happiness, wellbeing, calm, anger management, more positive communications, resilience…the list goes on and on.
But I'm ALSO very sure that many of you have tried meditating and…found it harder to do in real life!
It is, like happiness and fitness and many other things we try to achieve…easier said than done.
But it is possible.
