With so many things to worry about every single day, we have forgotten how it feels to be truly happy. Although subconsciously we all keep running towards happiness, we face several obstacles in the path and give up midway. Being happy sometimes isn’t as easy as it sounds. You need to put in the effort to achieve true happiness.

Socializing with people is a challenge in today’s time, because of our busy schedules. Spending quality time with people you like is essential to building self-esteem and mental health, which essentially determine your happiness levels.

Doing something for someone in need has the power to boost happiness. You don’t necessarily need to write cheques to NGOs to help the needy. Small deeds of kindness, like offering your umbrella, holding the door open, and offering your seat on the bus to someone who needs it more than you do — these are enough ways to feel happy…
